What will I get in my Special Delivery box?
When you place your order, you’ll receive your first box with a cookbook, a beautiful recipe card collection hand–picked by our kitchen pros, must–have kitchen gadgets chosen by our Kitchen pros and a surprise assortment of cooking items. We’ll always include a letter with more details on the products we’ve chosen for you. Each season you’ll get a fresh box with more recipes, gadgets & seasonal fun!
When will my box ship?
When you purchase a box, it will ship within a few business days. All subsequent subscription boxes will ship at a seasonal time schedule of 4x per year. You’ll receive an email letting you know when your next box is on the way.
When will I get billed for the subscription box each season?
For a single box purchase, payment is taken at checkout.
With a subscription box purchase, payment is taken at checkout and then you are enrolled in our regular billing and shipping schedule. Subsequent boxes are charged between the 1st and the 5th of the shipping month. We will then kit and ship your box within a few business days.
Can I cancel the subscription anytime?
Yes, you may cancel anytime before you are billed for the next box. To cancel or change your payment method, please email Customer Care at support@getspecialdelivery.com. You can also manage your account by logging in here.
